Paldeck No.101B Jormuntide Ignis is a Fire Dragon element Pal of the Palworld. Not only can we use it as a mount, but due to its Partner Skill, Stormbringer Lava Dragon, it also enhances fire attacks of the player while mounted. Often found between level 40 to 45, this Fusion-type opponent has great attack stats, but decent defense and HP. Jormuntide Ignis Location in Palworld
So far, the only place we have spotted these Jormuntide Ignis is No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary. They will appear at both day and nighttime, and you can teleport to the Forgotten Island or Ruined Fortress City Fast Travel points to reach there. From Ruined Fortress City, you have to use a flying mount and cross the water body to find it in the northwest. If going from the Forgotten Island, then fly to the west.
Note: You will see a Criminal activity underway warning as soon as you land on No.2 Wildlife Sanctuary. Meaning if you get spotted, you will become wanted.
Additionally, you can find the Huge Dragon Egg and hatch it using an incubator to get Jormuntide Ignis or any other Dragon Pal. These eggs randomly spawn on the map.
How to Catch Jormuntide Ignis
Handgun, Single-shot Rifle, Assault Rifle, and Musket will give you good results against this opponent. Since its attack power is high, we must avoid getting hit, and ranged weapons are the best option for it. Apart from that, as the enemy is Fire Dragon, using Ice will not be very useful, rather summon Pals with Water elements like Elpidran Aqua and Azurobe. After you have lowered its HP, throw the Hyper or Ultra Sphere to capture it.
How to Craft Its Saddle
Once you have captured the Pal, you can either use it for Kindling or as a mount. The saddle will become available at level 43 and can be unlocked using 2 Technology Points. You can craft it in Pal Gear Workbench with 36 Leather, 60 Fiber, 24 Flame Organ, 60 Ingot, and 48 Paldium Fragment.
