1. Vanguard error
Method 1
This error usually occurs when you fire up in Valorant. It says, “Vanguard not initializes”. When you look for help it usually asks you to either restart your computer or update your systems drivers. After restarting the system if you continue to face this error then follow the steps that we have mentioned below to fix this Valorant error.
- Click on Start-type “Add or Remove Programs” in the Search tab
- Click on “Riot Vanguard” from the menu.
- Hit on the “Uninstall” button.
- Come back to the search tab and search for “Command Prompt” Now one window will appear. Type “bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF” and press the ‘ENTER’ key.
- Launch Valorant also allows it to download Vanguard.
- Launch the game and see Vanguard error never popping on your screen!
- Restart your Pc once before you get engaged in your favorite game.
Method 2
If method 1 did not work for you then you can use the second method to fix the Vanguard error in Valotant.
- Press Windows + R and run the command.
- Type “service.msc” and press ENTER.
- Double Click on “vgc” from the list.
- Change Startup type from Manual to Automatic
- Click on “Apply and Ok”
2. Couldn’t Start Error
You will encounter this error when you try to launch Valorant on your PC. To fix this issue, follow the below-mentioned steps.
- Close Valorant, Vanguard, and Riot Client.
- Go to Task Manager and End Valorant, Vanguard, and Riot Client.
- Right-click on Valorant shortcut on your screen Select Properties and then Compatibility.
- Then Compatibility>Disable Full-Screen optimizations>Enable “Run this program as an administrator”.
- Do the same settings for other Valorant Applications.
3. Error connecting to the platform: Error code 43
This error pops up because of startup type and service settings. You can fix this by changing Virtual Disk properties.
- Start>Services>Search”Virtual Disk”
- Right-click on Virtual Disk > Properties > Change Startup Type Manual to Disabled.
- Apply > OK and it’s fixed!
Restart “Virtual Disk” by following the below steps:
- Right-click on Virtual Disk > Properties > Startup Type
- Change Startup type Disable to Automatic
- Apply > OK, then go back to the General Tab and click Start Button. It’s Done!
- Restart your PC again and enjoy your favorite game.
4. Error code 138
This error started showing after its July update. It usually shows for AMD users, the ones who use older processors. Here is a guide to fix it.
- Start > command Prompt > Run as administrator.
- Type the following codes in the dialog box and press ENTER.
Code #1: bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn
Code #2: bcdedit.exe /set testsigning off
Code #3: bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off - Right click on Valorant Shortcut > properties > Compatibility > Slect Windows 8
- Agree to Run this program as an administrator.
- Apply> Ok And fixed!
5. Connection Error
This is the most irritating one! Go and follow the steps and fix it.
- Graphic Card Control Panel > Nvidia GeForce or AMD Relive
- Search valorant Game Ready Drivers > update it.
- Then Go to Start > run Command prompt with Administrator Acces > Paste below-writen code
netsh interface teredo set state disabled - And it’s fixed!
#Option 2-
- Start > Add or remove Programs > Search > Riot Vanguard
- Uninstall Riot Vanguard > restart your PC.
- Once restarted > open valorant > Find Riot Vanguard Being installed by Riot Client.
- Open the Valorant app again and enjoy!
6. Stuck on Loading Screen
To fix stuck on loading screen error in Valorant, follow the below mentioned steps:
- Open Valorant > Setting > Video
- General video setting > select In-Game Resolution to the monitor’s native resolution.
- Change Display mode > Windowed > Full Screen.
- Change FPS Limit to A
- Go to Graphics quality in that select
V Sync – off
Anti-Aliasing – None
Anisotropic Filter– 1x
Now minimize valorant and open Task manager - Search > Valorant > Right-click > Details
- 2 Right-click on Valorant app and change priority to High.
