With a game as creepy and intriguing as Poppy Playtime, one of the more seemingly sinister puzzles here is the Make-A-Friend puzzle. Needless to say, spoilers are ahead. For those of you that have managed to come this far in the game, here is your guide on how to complete the Make a Friend puzzle in Poppy Playtime.
How to Make-A-Friend in Poppy Playtime
The first thing that you will need to do is power on the machine. Once you do that, you will be able to make-A-Friend easily with these steps.
Steps to Complete the Make-A-Friend Puzzle
- On the left of the conveyor belt, you will find the Poppy Playtime Make-A-Friend room.
- Go up the staircase to the catwalk.
- The catwalk will be missing a section. Simply pull it out with the handle as you use your GrabPack.
- A pink VHS tape will be on the right. Get the tape and put it in the pink VCR that is right at the top of the staircase.
- You will now see that there are two fuse boxes. One at the start of the catwalk and the other right in the middle of it.
- Grab ahold of one of the boxes and weave it in between the two pillars that are in the centre section. Use your other hand to connect to the second box.
- The Make-A-Friend machine should now be powered on. You will know this when their eyes open and a ‘Power On’ sign comes up.
- On your left, you will see three levers that are right above the conveyor belt. These three will now light up.
- All that you need to do is activate them by using your trust GrabPack.
- Toy parts will fall onto the belt and be transported to the assembly machines.
- Wait for it to get done and simply collect your finished toy. Now, all that you have to do is place it on the toy scanner to unlock the door.
And done! Congratulations, you have just completed the Make-A-Friend room puzzle in Poppy Playtime. You will now move on to one of the scarier portions of the game. And to that, we say good luck!
