Assign Operators to RIIC Facilities
This is one of the best methods to farm Trust and increase it quickly. Simply, assign the characters to the RIIC so they can spend some time off and work for Rhodes Island. If the Operators work at the facility, then they can earn a maximum of 100 Trusts every 24 hours. But, if you assign them as the Control Center RIIC Assistant then they can get up to 500 Trust Points every 12 hours. Similarly, assigning characters as one of the Floor Level Assistants can get them a maximum of 125 Trust every 12 hours. However, players must not forget, that the amount of Trust points gained is based on the ambiance of the base, & dormitory.
Take the Operators to Combat Missions
Taking the characters to Combat missions is the primary way to earn Trust in the game. You don’t need to deploy all the Operators in the field. All you have to do is add them to your squad and give your best. The amount of points earned is based on the Sanity spent during the missions.
