You will find meat in the icy region on Gaia (World 1). Apart from that, you can find it on Dimidium (World 3). There are multiple ways to obtain meat in the game.

Kill Yetis
In the icy region, Yetis drop meat when you kill them. You will find a lot of them around the area. Although each one drops a small amount, they keep respawning in a short while. So, you can kill them over again.
