You can only get Fabrice through the Esper Fusion in the War Room in Dislyte. If you don’t know what that is, it is either because you haven’t been paying attention or your Account just hasn’t reached Level 25 yet. Here, you will need to combine and fuse certain Espers in order to get Fabrice.

To get Fabrice (Freyr) in Dislyte, you will need to fulfil the instant requirement of an Esper that just cannot be replaced as fodder. This will have to be Berenice, a three-star unit. As well as getting three fodder Espers, one of which must use the Inferno Boss drops and another must use the Windrunner drops. Luckily, Berenice already uses Windrunner drops.
Berenice can be acquired through the gacha pulls or by farming Ripples in the Ripple Dimension when a Berenice ripple has been opened. For the other three Espers, you need to make sure that they have ascended to phase four. I mean, you are farming for a four-star unit so that surely is a given. This means that your Espers need to at the very least be level 30-40. Since being below that means that you will not be able to Ascend to higher phases.
