Skylightz Gaming beat out the competition to become the BGIS 2021 winner. They finished the game with 273 points and 109 finishes. With this win, the team has confirmed their spot in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC 2021) Grand Finals. The PMGC 2021 is slated to be held towards the end of January. It is interesting to note that Skylightz Gaming will be the sole Indian representative for the event.

Prize Pool For BGIS 2021

Teams were competing for the massive prize amount of 50 lakhs INR in the event. With a prize pool of 1 crore INR, BGIS 2021 saw Skylightz Gaming get the prize for placing first in the event. The second runner up TSM got 25 lakhs while the third runner up Team XO was awarded 10 lakhs for their performance. MVP of BGIS 2021 GODLNEYOOOOO, was awarded 1 lakh INR.

The top fragger for BGIS 2021 finals was Savitar from Team ForeverIndia with 31 finishes and 5096 damage. NinjaJOD from TSM India placed second with 37 finishes and 5557 damage. Meanwhile, the third-place was also acquired by TSM India as AquaNox has 25 finishes and 5230 damage. Lastly, Team XO captured fourth place with Fierce’s 24 finishes and 6265 damage.

League Stage

In the League stage, MantyOP from Hyderabad Hydras finished strong with 36 finishes and 6729 damage. Aditya from OREsports came in a close second with 35 finishes and 5888 damage. Finals top fragger Savitar placed third with 34 finishes and 5542 damage. AK from Orangutan closed out the top fraggers in League Stage with 30 finishes and 5516 damage.
