Pokemon Go is a 2016 augmented reality mobile game where players can catch Pokemon in their surrounding environment. Rockruff is one such Pokemon that players can get in the game. It was introduced during the Welcome to Alola event. Rockruff has three different Lycanroc form evolutions in Pokemon Go: Midday Lycanroc, Midnight Lycanroc, and Dusk Lycanroc.
In this article, we will explain how players can get the Dusk Lycanroc in Pokemon Go.
How To Evolve Dusk Lycanroc In Pokemon Go?
Rockruff’s different evolutions come with different stats and move sets depending on which form players evolve them to. However, the Dusk Lycanroc is not currently available in Pokemon Go. It is not clear when this evolution form will be introduced in the game. The Dusk Lycanroc form was not available in Sun and Moon either and was only introduced in sequel games Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
In Ultra Moon, Dusk Lycanroc can only be evolved from a Rockruff with the ability to Own Tempo between 5am and 6am. The timing requirements shift to 5pm and 6pm in Ultra Sun.
Players can easily evolve their Pokemon to Midday Lycanroc by using 50 Rockruff Candy on their Rockruff during the daytime. Similarly, players can also get the Midnight Lycanroc by using 50 Rockruff Candy on their Rockruff during the nighttime. These are standard evolutions of the Pokemon that are unlocked from the start.
Players will need to check that the Pokemon shadow being shown in the game is the form that they want because once they evolve the Pokemon it is irreversible. If players want a different evolution form, they will have to evolve another Rockruff to do so.
