How To Obtain Skippy In Cyberpunk 2077?

Skippy is located in Heywood, Night city. To get to the gun you will have to unlock the night city first as you won’t be already unlocked. It’s not difficult to unlock as you will unlock it in the first 5-6 hours of the gameplay. In case you are not sure just know that if you have interacted with Johnny Silverhand (Keanu reeves’ character) you will be able to explore Night city.

Fast travel to the College street metro station and then move towards the Question mark on the map. The question mark indicates a side mission for an unknown item. Upon reaching turn right and you will some cardboard boxes. Jump over them and you will see a dead-body near to a big garbage bin. Next to the dead body, you will find Skippy the talking gun.

How To Use Skippy in Cyberpunk 2077?

After you pick it up skippy will introduce itself and will also tell you everything it can do, after it is done being witty. The gun has two modes “Stone Cold Killer, please” and “Puppy loving pacifist sounds better”.

In the stone-cold mode, Skippy will go for the heads of enemies. Skippy will only dish out headshots using its auto-aiming feature. If you choose the Puppy loving pacifist mode it will aim for other body parts of the enemies.

The auto-aiming feature remains on regardless of the mode. Whichever mode you choose after the first 50 kills Skippy will automatically shift to the other mode and you won’t be able to reverse it. Choose wisely as the mode you choose will be changed, so select the opposite of the mode you like.

Skippy won’t tell initially who the previous owner of the gun was. It is an important detail as it will catapult into a separate side mission. You will get to know some details about the previous owner as you move forward to keep using the talking gun.
