When you get to the mentioned location, you will find a Black Bear on the order border of the river. Once you find the Black Bear, you will have to start attacking him through your arrow. When he comes close to you, you will have to use your Axe to hunt the bear down. Once the Black Bear is killed, you will be given 14+ Leather and 1 Black Fear Bur, which marks the end of Hunter Deliveries.
