Bosch, based on Michael Connelly’s novel of the same name, retained consistency even in the context of a show, and believe me, that’s more tempting. This epic detective drama depicts the life of Hieronymus “Harry” Bosch, a crime detective in Los Angeles. Every season, Harry is drawn into one or two mysterious and messy cases which he eventually solves.

The Bosch Season 7 is confirmed to be aired as announced by Amazon on Twitter. However, with each new season dropping in the spring, it seems that Pandemic ended the tradition when it came time for the 7th edition of the series.
Bosch Season 7 Release Date
Well, the Bosch Season 7 release date has not been announced yet but a lot of cop action, violence, strong shots, and secrecy surely await us in Summer 2021. Sadly, with season 7, the longest-running original series will come to an end, leaving Bosch with a more challenging and almost unfixable case.
With season 7 being filmed Collenny bid goodbye to the show and inked on his blog, “Well, it’s unusual when a writer is at a loss for words, but that’s how I feel today. We finished filming the final season of Bosch. I am both sad and fulfilled. We made a really good show, one I am proud of, one I think will be discovered by new viewers for years to come.”
Bosch Season 7 Cast
As per a blog on the official website of Collenny – the best-selling author – the cast from the previous season will be featured with several new entries. The cast is explained as follows:
- Titus Welliver – Breakout Detective
- Jamie Hector – Bosch’s partner, Jerry Edgar
- Amy Aquino – Commanding officer of LAPD’s Hollywood Bureau Lt. Grace Billets
- Lance Reddick – Chief Irvin Irving
- Madison Lintz – Bosch’s daughter, Maddie

Bosch Season 7 Plot
According to Connely’s blog,
“As far as the story goes, we have a lot of storylines continuing from seasons past but we are also building this season around the book ‘The Burning Room,”
“It’s always fun to use one of the books as the spine of the season. I think it’s an ambitious choice because it’s a big story involving an apartment building fire. It’s also based on a real case.”
So, if we take a cue from this, we can predict The Burning Room activities to unfold in season 7. In which Bosch is seen settling two investigations. The first incident involved children who were killed in a fire 20 years earlier, and the second involved a man who was shot dead ten years ago.

Bosch Spin-Off
For those who were saddened to learn that Season 7 will be the last, here is some good news. Your favorite characters will make a comeback. Soon, a spin-off starring Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers, and Madison Lintz will be out. There haven’t been many words on it yet, but I’ll bring all the information soon.
