We will do our best to resolve the maintenance as quickly as possible, but as it is the first time we will be doing it – it is possible it could take longer.

Realistically, there is no confirmed fix that you can do. This issue originates on the Devs end and you can’t do anything about it. However, to be on the safe end, just check your Network Connection. Make sure there is uninterrupted access to the game and that there aren’t many devices on the same network.
