Bug Type
Bug Types are usually found in places like the park, farms, playground, etc. and their moves can be most effective against Dark, Grass and Psychic Types. It deals good damage to Types like Normal, Ice, Electric among other types. Bug Types take 2x damage from Flying, Fire and Rock Types. Scyther, Scizor, Heracross are some of the Best Bug Types.
Dark Type
Dark Type moves are super-effective against Ghost and Psychic Type Pokemon. They deal considerable damage to Poison, Fire, Grass, Electric among other Types. They are most vulnerable to Fighting, Fairy and Bug Types as they take double the damage from these Types. Umbreon, Darkrai, Houndoom are some of the Dark Type Pokemon.
Dragon Type
This Type of Pokemon is one of the most compelling Types of Pokemon. Dragon Type’s moves can be super-effective against its own kind. They deal good damage to Ice, Rock, Poison, Electric, Normal among other Types. However Dragon Types deal damage to Ice, they take 2x damage from them. Fairy Type Pokemon are immune to Dragon Type moves and deal double damage to them. Dratini, Dragonite and Kingdra are some of the Dragon Type Pokemon.
Electric Type
Electric Pokemon are super effective against Flying and Water Type Pokemon. They deal good damage to Rock, Normal, Bug, Ghost among other Types. However, Electric moves have no effect on Ground Type Pokemon and can take double damage from them. Some of the Electric Type Pokemon are Pikachu, Raichu, Mareep, Jolteon, etc.
Fairy Type
Fairy Type Pokemon were introduced in the 6th Fairy Pokemon were introduced to even out the Dragon and Dark Types of Pokemon. Apart from those two types, Fairy Type moves are most effective to Fighting Types dealing 2x damage to them. Fairy Type Pokemon are most vulnerable while battling against Poison and Steel Types as they take 2x damage from them. Clefairy, Togepi, Snubbull, Granbull are some of the Fairy Type Pokemon.
Fighting Type
Fighting Type Pokemon are based on physical attributes and muscle strength. They are most effective against Steel, Normal, Ice, Rock and Dark Pokemon Type dealing 2x damage to them. Fighting Type moves have no effect on Ghost Types but they can take good damage from them. Fighting Types are most vulnerable to Fairy, Psychic and Flying Types taking double damage from them. Machamp, Hitmonlee, Mankey are some of the Fighting Type Pokemon.
Fire Type
Fire Types Pokemon were introduced in the beginning of the Pokemon series and are around since. These Pokemon are super effective against Bug, Grass, Steel and Ice dealing double damage to them. They are most vulnerable against Water, Rock and Ground taking 2x damage from them. Charmander, Vulpix, Growlithe are some of the Fire Type Pokemon.
Flying Type
These Types of Pokemon are most effective against Fighting, Bug and Grass Type Pokemon dealing 2x damage to them. Flying Type moves are effective against Normal, Ghost, Poison, Psychic among other Types. They take double damage from Rock, Electric and Ice Type Pokemon. Flying Type Pokemon are immune to Ground Type moves. Charizard, Pidgeot, Ho-oh, Zapdos are some of the Flying Type Pokemon.
Grass Type
Grass Types are super effective against Ground, Water and Rock Type Pokemon as they take 2x damage from them. They deal good damage to Rock, Electric, Psychic, Fairy among other Types. Grass Types are most vulnerable to Poison, Flying, Fire, Ice and Bug Types taking double damage from them. Bulbasaur, Bellsprout, Hoppip, Sunkern are some of the Grass Type Pokemon.
Ghost Type
Ghost Type Pokemon are based on paranormal aspects which lets them phase through solid things or interact with the spirits. They are super effective against their own type and Psychic Types dealing 2x damage to them. Having said that, they also take 2x damage from Ghost Type Pokemon. Apart from their own type, they take double damage from Dark Pokemon Types. Ghost Types don’t deal any damage to Normal Type Pokemon and are immune to Normal Type moves. Apart from Normal Type, they are immune to Fighting Type moves even. Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Misdreavus are some of the Ghost Type Pokemon.
Ground Type
Ground Type Pokemon are most effective against Poison, Rock, Electric, Fire and Steel Type Pokemon. When it comes to taking damage, they take double damage from Water, Ice and Grass Type Pokemon. They are immune to Electric Type moves. They deal no damage to the Flying Pokemon Type. Some of the Ground Type Pokemon are Cubone, Diglett, Sandshrew, etc.
Ice Type
Ice Type Pokemon were introduced in the first generation of Pokemon. They have greater advantage over Flying, Dragon, Ground and Grass Type Pokemon as they 2x damage to them. They are most vulnerable to Fire, Rock, Steel and Fighting Type Pokemon taking double damage from them. Snorunt, Glalie, Regice are some of the Ice Type Pokemon.
Normal Type
Normal Type Pokemon are the neutral kind of Pokemon. They are neither dangerous nor gullible. They deal considerable damage to all the types of Pokemon except for the Ghost. Normal Type Pokemon are immune to Ghost moves. Normal Type Pokemon are most vulnerable against Fighting Type Pokemon as they take 2x damage from them. Snorlax, Rattata, Persia, Ditto are some of the Normal Type Pokemon.
Poison Type
Poison Type Pokemon are super effective against Grass and Fairy Type Pokemon as they deal 2x damage to them. Steel types Pokemon are immune to Poison based moves. When it comes to taking damage, they take double damage from Ground and Psychic Type Pokemon. Nidoran, Ekans, Grimer, are some of the Poison Type Pokemon.
Psychic Type
Psychic Type Pokemon are believed to be quite smart as their main weapon is their mind. They are super-effective against Poison and Fighting Types, dealing double damage to them. Psychic Type moves have no effect on Dark Pokemon Type and can take up to 2x damage from them. Apart from Dark, Psychic Types are most vulnerable to Ghost and Bug Types taking double damage from each Type. Some of the Psychic Type Pokemon are Starmie, Unown, Wobbuffett, etc.
Rock Type
Rock Type Pokemon is super effective against Flying, Bug, Fire and Ice types Pokemon. They deal double damage to them. While picking a Rock type Pokemon, you need to watch out for Pokemon Types such as Water, Fighting, Steel, Ground and Grass. Rock types pokemon take 2x damage from these types. Geodude, Onix, Golem, Rhyhorn are some of the Rock Type Pokemon.
Steel Type
Steel Type Pokemon were introduced in the Second Generation. They are most effective against Rock, Ice and Fairy Types dealing double damage to them. Steel Types are most vulnerable to Fighting, Fire and Ground Types Pokemon as they take 2x damage. Steel Types’ moves have no effect on Poison-based Pokemon. Registeel, Metang, Lairon, Aron are some of the Steel Type Pokemon.
Water Type
Water Type Pokemon are super effective against Fire, Ground and Rock Type Pokemon as they deal double damage to them. They are most vulnerable to Grass and Electric Type Pokemon as they take double damage from them. Blastoise, Totodile, Staryu, Squirtle, etc. are some of the Water Type Pokemon.
