As we mentioned before, Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds has 5 character classes to choose from. These are the Destroyer, Engineer, Rogue, Swordsman, and the Witch. Before we dive into the tier list, we must state that this tier list is based on personal preference. It should not deter players from trying out other classes and trying to find the best fit for themselves.
Often the best characters in the game are the ones that complement a player’s gaming style. Since each of these characters have different strengths and abilities, players should test them all out. That being said, here is our Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds Tier List.
S-Tier
Engineer
The Engineer is a well-balanced ranged class that is a great combination of offensive damage ad defensive healing. Players can get the best of both worlds with this unit.
Players can use this character’s abilities like the Burst Coil, Elemental Blast, and Explosive Bullet to inflict some serious damage. In addition, players can absolutely decimate the opposition with the Engineer’s Ultimate ability, Artillery Strike.
However, that is not all, as the Engineer also has some impressive passive abilities. Players can use the Pure Medic ability to increase the healing powers of themselves and their familiars. In addition, the Conversion ability allows Engineers to heal beyond their maximum HP giving players an extra shield.
All of these abilities balance out the Engineer and make it one of the best characters in this Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds Tier List.
Rogue
The Rogue is a ranged unit that can work well on offence as well as support. Its Rain of Arrows ability allows the character to pelt the enemy with a barrage of arrows.
Meanwhile, players can also use the Multi-Shot to push opponents away while shooting forward. The Evasion Shot is great for fast paced combat as it allows players to shoot forward while dodging backwards.
Best of all, players can deal out huge damage with the Rogue’s Ultimate Spirit Arrow ability.
The Rogue character also has a series of passive abilities that can male it a great support unit. The Quick Move ability can elevate the attack and movement speed for a duration of five seconds every five attacks. Similarly, the Burst Charge can increase the team’s ultimate gauge.
While the Barrier Breaker can increases damage against enemies with a barrier or slow infliction, Enmity can increase the damage given and taken for 5 seconds. The Death Hunter passive ability can increase damage when targeted by foes.
A Tier
Swordsman
The Swordsman is the high damage character class. Armed with a Sword, this character has abilities that make it a formidable opponents on the battlefield. The Flash ability enable players to do quick attacks that will slow down the enemy for 3 seconds. Similarly, the Flying Slash ability can deal damage and slow down enemies for 3 seconds.
Players can also employ the Spinning Swords to spin and damage enemies in the area. The Swordsman’s Ultimate ability is Magical Sword Cut. This gives a massive cut to the enemy and wields heavy damage.
The Swordsman also has a number of handy passive abilities that can increase damage and defense while reducing the damage taken. This is why Rogue is one of the best characters in this Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds Tier List.
Destroyer
The Destroyer is the perfect character for players that like to go in with brute force. Wielding a hammer, this tank unit abilities that are customized for heavy damage. The Destroyer’s Ultimate ability, Hammer of Fury, can deal insane amounts of damage to opponents.
In addition, players will find this character’s passive abilities helpful if they need to reduce damage , restore health, increase defense, attack speed, and movement speed. The Counter Slow can also reduce enemy attack speed and movement speed giving players time to respond better.
B-Tier
Witch
There is nothing really wrong with The Witch class. It can deal a lot of damage in medium to long range combat. However, it just does not measure up with the other character classes on the list.
Players can still wield an incredible amount of damage with its spear attacks. Moreover, the Ultimate Rain of Spears ability can literally rain down spears on the opponent. However, the passive abilities for this character class do not leave much of an impression. All the other classes have passive abilities that can mimic those of this character.
