Trade Unwanted Players
If they aren’t on your dream side then trade them off. These players do not invoke happiness and there is no reason for you to keep them at your side. When you trade them, you can collect XP that will help you level up your actual players and team. That’s a better use of your resources than just keeping unnecessary players on your team.
