And the only way to obtain these mutated heroes is by completing Radar Mutation Investigation. All missions under this Mutation Investigation are dedicated to one hero, such as Vacation and A Record mission for Sid and Hartman. A Gift is for Gira, and The Most Respected Person is for Sauvage.
After completing the Global Mission chapter of a particular hero, you will get to claim their change. Claim it, come to the main screen, and tap on the Hero button. It will take you to the Hero List. Scroll down and find the hero you want to mutate and have completed Radar missions of.
