How to Get Planted Flower and Planted Bush in Merge Mansion?

As the items are released, you have to find an identical item and merge both of them. Similarly, you can get Bush and Planted Flower in the same manner.
Planted Flower
Planted Flower is an item that can be developed from Planted Flower Seed. You have to merge two Planted Flower Seeds to get Planted Flower Seedling. If you merge the seedling further, you’ll get the Planted Flower Bud (Lvl 1). Upon further merging it, you’ll get a Level 2 flower bud. The next item you’ll get is the Planted Flower. Furthermore, the maximum level of the Planted Flower is Level 5. Also, the source of the Planted Flower Seed is Planted Bush.
Bush
The Planted Bush can be obtained from Bush Seeds in the game. You can get these seeds in the Brown Chest or you can simply purchase them from the Shop. However, the items in the shop keep shuffling. So, before you buy, glance through the available items. Once you merge Bush Seeds, you will receive a Seedling. It will then turn into a Small Bush and further will convert into the Bush. Furthermore, the Bush can be upgraded to Level 2. At Level 2, there’s a chance that it will drop Planted Flower Seedling. Bush can be upgraded up to Level 5.
