There are a few ways you can pull off the Vigilante Mission in GTA San Andreas without much hassle. Remember, you may be helping the coppers in the game but still they will be firing at you.
So, you have to attack the other criminals while defending yourself from the police. Also, keep in mind that if you step out of your vehicle, you will have 60 seconds to get back in or else the mission will be forfeit.
