The story of this game revolves around a man, who does not remember anything when he wakes up in the morning. Since he does not know the location where he is, he goes to the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. When he gets there, he realizes that he is a rebel called ‘Grim Reaper’, who owns something called ‘Blue Grimoire’ and a bunch of vigilantes and soldiers of the World Void Informations Control Organization are pursuing him.
