The peak day of Free Fire 4th Anniversary has finally arrived and as Garena promised players who log in to Free Fire will be given a character named Thiva for free. The announcement of providing Thiva character for free came after Garena Free Fire collaborated with the world famous DJ duo Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.
Garena added both Dimitri and Thiva characters in the game but it is only Thiva which players can get for free. Since the peak day of 4th Anniversary event has arrived, fans are having trouble unlocking Thiva in Garena Free Fire. If you too want to get this character at no cost then keep reading this post.
Free Fire: How To Unlock Thiva Character For Free
As we have mentioned in our previous guides, Garena had promised to give Thiva characters for free on August 28th, 2021. Since today is 28 August and everyone wants to unlock and equip it in the game then follow the steps mentioned below.
Unlike other characters and rewards, players would not need to complete any mission and take part in any events. What all you need to do is log in to Free Fire and follow a few simple steps which we have mentioned below.
- Launch Free Fire on your phone.
- Tap on the Calendar icon located on the middle right side of the screen.
- Go to News section and Tap on the ‘4th Anniversary Party’ tab.
- Tap on the Go To button.
- You you will Login Rewards pop up window.
- Tap on the Claim button to get Thiva character for free.
- When you do so, you will see a new Window congratulating you for getting Thiva character in Free Fire. If you want to equip or use it then tap on the ‘Equip’ button.
- Once you have obtained it, you can go and check in the Character tab. You can see Thiva character has been added to our inventory.
Thiva Character Ability
If anything to go by the description of Thiva, you can see that he boasts a passive ability called Vital Vibes that will help users increasing rescue speed by 5%. Upon a successful rescue, players will recover 15HP in merely 5 seconds. As you progress further or level up this character, the rescue speed will increase by 20%. Upon a successful rescue, players will get 40 HP in 5-second.
Note: Thiva character can only be obtained for free in Free Fire on August 28th, 2021. Since it is only available for a few hours, make sure to claim it as quickly as possible.
