There are a total of 14 Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus as of now. These 14 Pokemons are divided into 4 different types depending on their release time and the era that they belong. The four different types are — First Partner Pokemon, Newly Discovered Pokemon, Regional Forms, Mythical Pokemon.

Rowlet
Rowlet is from the Grass Quill Pokemon category who is a Grass or Flying-type of Pokemon. It belongs to the Alola region and it has amazing powers to perform photosynthesis like plants to store all the energy in the daytime that gets activated at night.
Cyndaquil
Cyndaquil is another Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus which is one of the primary Pokemons. It falls in the Fire-Mouse Pokemon category and is from Jahto region. He uses fire as his weapon when attacked and curls himself into a ball when gets surprised.
Oshawott
Oshawott is a water Type of Pokemon that belongs to the Sea Otter Pokemon Category and is from the Unova region. He is a very strong Pokemon in the game that blocks all the opponent’s attacks with his stomach and then returns them in the same direction by reverse splashing. He also has Scalchop on his stomach that is used to break and block things.
Wydeer
Wydeer is a Psychic Pokemon that belongs to the Big Horn Pokemon Category. It has two modes: Either he is too sweet and helpful to the people or a crazy Psychic deer that emits energy from its antlers as its attack.
Basculegion
Basculegion is a Big Fish Pokemon that belongs to Water or Ghost Type. It belongs to the Hisui region and can be evolved into a Pokemon when possessed by the souls of other Basculins from its school that have a hard time making their way upstream.
Kleavor
Kleavor is an Axe Pokemon that belongs to Rock or Bug Type. His body is a weird combination of a Stone and a Bug. He uses his arms like an axe to attack all the enemies in his way. His stone body keeps chipping during battles and these small pieces of stones are used by the villagers to make crafting materials.
Hisuian Voltorb
Hisuian Voltorb is a Striking resemblance to the Poke balls in Hisui Village that belongs to Sphere Pokemons. They are Electric or Grass type of Pokemons that emits instant Electrical discharge when provoked.
Hisuian Zorua
Hisuian Zorua is a cute little Pokemon who belongs to the Spiteful Fox category and is a Ghost-type of Pokemon. They are migrated from the Zorua region but could not survive the harsh weather conditions in the Hisui region. When they perished, their souls were reborn as ghosts using their malice as power.
Hisuian Zoroark
Hisuian Zoroark is a Baneful Fox Pokemon who is also a Ghost-type of Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. He is cursed by the illusion irrupts by its own Vuluminous Coat. It is a wild Pokemon with Spiteful powers and a very surprising soft side.
Hisuian Braviary
Hisuian Braviary is known as a Solitary Bird Pokemon that flies In from the North in Winter. He belongs to the Battle Cry Pokemon category and uses a shock wave of psychic power as his attack.
Hisuian Growlithe
Hisuian Growlithe is a Scout Pokemon that looks like a cute dog that has a tiger-like body. He is a fury Pokemon that has a Stony horn and he guards his territory with his partner.
Darkrai
Darkrai is a Pitch Black Pokemon that is active during nights of the new moon and puts people to sleep and gives them nightmares. He has white hair, a brown mane, and a black colored body that makes it look very different from other Pokemons in the game.
Shaymin
Shaymin is also known as Land Forme and it belongs to the Gratitude Pokemon Category. Shaymin gets its powers when Gracidea flowers bloom. It is a very small Pokemon that has a small bush on its back and a flower near its ear.
Arceus
Arceus is the last Pokemon on the list and it belongs to the Alpha Pokemon category. He is the most handsome Pokemon in the game and has a key-like structure attached to his body.
