You can get these seals by purchasing from the Shopkeeper in the game or from Anna’s Shop. You can also receive Seals as rewards in the game. Now that you have the Seals, the next thing you will have to do is upgrade the Training Grounds. To upgrade your Training Grounds, all you have to do is talk to the Facility Manager in the game.
