You will get one Satiety Gel and ten ingredients of raw meat. As a hunter, it only makes sense for Aloy to give freshly hunted meat as part of her birthday gift. But as an added bonus, we all appreciate the Satiety Gel. As it helps restore 16% of the max HP apart from adding 1350 HP to any character. Usually, you’d have to cook your own Satiety Gel with Aloy herself using Mint Jelly so, we appreciate the gesture.
