The second way is to buy it from the Item Shopkeeper. Item Shopkeeper is located in your marketplace that only unlocks after chapter 3. Go to your Camp and look for marketplace, there you’ll find Item shopkeeper. Interact with him, to see a list of items he has in his shop. Items reset after every chapter.
The third way is to achieve S Rank. There is a possibility that you would get Advanced Seals from here, but it’s not compulsory.
