Before you can unlock and build a Refinery, you need to keep upgrading the Shrine in the game. Apart from that, you need Wood and Stone to construct the Refinery. Hence, you have to look after the upgrade and farming of the necessary requirement before you can install a Refinery in your cult.
Once your Refinery has been installed, you will receive five empty slots to create the resources. You can craft Wooden Planks, Stone Blocks, Gold Coins and Gold Bars in there. In order to craft Gold Bars in Cult Of The Lamb, you’ll require 10 Gold coins to make each bar.
