To keep the Free Fire craze alive amongst the players all over the world, Garena developers keep bringing new features into the game by regularly releasing its new update.

One such Free Fire OB22 Update was launched in the year 2020. Free Fire’s OB22 update introduced a plethora of changes and new elements into the game, like brand-new character Wolfrahh, a new training ground, an M82B gun, pet Falco and much more.

But with these fascinating things, there was also an unexpected AFK warning that left the players puzzled.

What was this AFK warning?

Many Free Fire players got the AFK warning stating,

“We have detected your AFK activities in Clash Squad-Ranked. If such behavior continues, you may be banned from the CS-Ranked.”

This alert was sent to the players who left the Clash Squad-Ranked Mode as soon as they entered the game. For more clarity on AFK warning in Free Fire Meaning, players who frequently left the game were barred from playing Clash Squad – Ranked Mode.

Developers did so in response to feedback from players who asked to improve the Ranked Mode. In this regard, Garena developers issued a formal statement in 2020,

“Despite being in the pre-season, players were sending us tons of feedback on how we can improve in Season 1. We’re adding in tons of features this season to ensure the best possible experience available. This means we’re tackling the AFKers, limiting the grenade spams, and, most importantly, adding seasonal rank rewards. Get ready to start climbing right after the patch!”

Free Fire OB22 Update also integrated a bot that would take over the game if the player decided to or abruptly quit the game. Even after this, if the player received the notice, he or she was instructed to end the match and not leave it halfway.
