3. Troubleshoot Your Internet Connection
If the issue is not from the developer’s end then make sure you have a fast and reliable internet connection. To check your internet connection, you will have to run a test on your PS4 to know the download and upload site.
Irrespective of which Internet connection you are using but make sure the speed of your home Internet is above 5 Mbps. If you are using Wifi to play Apex Legends, make sure to connect your PS4 directly to your router with a LAN cable.
