To get to the Turkey in the game, you will have to head over to the waterfall. Now, you will have to climb up the wall near Dumpster Diver Dan. You can choose to either fly up the wall or simply climb up the blocks on the side of the wall. Now, once you get to the top of the wall, you will be able to see a Turkey near the edge.
Interact with this turkey and take it back with you to the center of the game. Over here, there is a huge cannon. Oz will ask you to put the turkey in the cannon and fire it away.

To get the Turkey Ingredient you will have to perform a particular task. Oz will ask you to launch 20 turkeys in 90 seconds. Luckily for you, there is no need to keep going to the waterfall to get Turkeys. They will all start spawning randomly around the cannon. Now, just keep picking up random turkeys and throwing them into the cannon. Once you launch 20 turkeys successfully, Oz will congratulate you snd give you the Turkey Ingredient recipe.
