Now, you will have to go over to the Amrine Excavation. This is something that you can find in the northern region of Windsward. Enter the area and keep exploring the mines in the region. You will have a fair bit of exploring to do. After your struggles with the terrain, you will come across an area known as the Obelisk Cavern at the top of the Amrine Excavation.
Here you will find a boss named Simon Grey who protects the Heartgem. Defeat this boss and you will complete the Destiny Unearthed quest in New World.
