Players need to reach Level 1,100 in order to participate in Raids. While players can get Raids after unlocking the Second Sea at Level 700, their character will not be strong enough for raids yet. Once, players have gotten to this level, they can get fragments in several ways.

One of these is to kill Sea Beasts. Killing a sea beast will give players 250 Fragments. This can be done by getting a Boat and going to the Second Sea, preferably with a team. The Sea Beasts are more likely to show up when there are a large number of people nearby.
