Are Splitgate Servers Down?
After much internal deliberation we’ve decided to leave servers offline until Friday (PT). This gives us the time needed to implement fixes to matchmaking and backend stability.
Our priority is to get all of you back into a more smooth experience. We appreciate your patience.

Since the release of the beta version on consoles players across platforms were experiencing server issues. After many Twitter announcements and attempts, the developers of Splitgate finally announced that the servers will be down till Friday. The tweet didn’t mention time so players will have to just keep an eye on the official Twitter handle of Splitgate. When you open splitgate you get an error message stating the servers will be down till Tuesday. This has created some confusion among gamers as the Tweet says Friday but the game says Tuesday. The game’s home screen also asks players to keep an eye on the official Twitter account of Splitgate which is the best way to be updated with the server status.
How To Check Splitgate Server Status
The best way to be updated with server status is by following the official Twitter handle of Splitgate. Splitgate developers have been very responsive and give very frequent updates regarding the server status and game as well. In case you get an error and are unable to get past matchmaking go to Twitter and Discord. In case there are any server issues Splitgate players will be posting about it but we would still recommend you to only trust the official Splitgate handle.
