But could Fortnite be onto something more? Is Fortnite based on a true story? And if so, then how did this come to be? Here are all of the questions you need to be answered. While Fortnite may feature a lighthearted version of an Apocalyptic world, it really isn’t a true story. Yet. There are many memes and tweets about how this popular game came to be. And that’s all they are, stories and jokes. There weren’t any wars where people were put on an island and fought. All to get a cool metal umbrella in the end? No, thank you. Even the people of old had better things to do.

This is no Hunger Games/Squid Games world. We don’t need to fight each other to survive. The story of Fortnite might not even come true till you and I are long gone. You know, since the world is probably ending soon. Even then, is total chaos the solution?

Even though we all have a lot of fun playing Fortnite, the purpose of being a looper is to win and build stats. There’s no need to feel any guilt for all of those sick headshots and pushing others out of bounds. As a hero, you have to do what you have to do. Of course, if this was a true story, we’d probably feel different.
