Before you head to the above-mentioned location, let me tell you that M1851 Wolfsbane Magnum Moreau’s Hidden weapon treasure can only be accessed after defeating Moreau as a boss. When you embark on the journey to kill Moreau, make sure to collect crank before the boss fight begins.
Once you have successfully defeated Moreau as a boss, you will have to head back to the Village and then go towards the east side and use the crank on the gate. Doing this will allow you to access the section of the village that you were not allowed earlier.

You will have to keep running you reach the house (see above picture) that we have marked on the above-mentioned map. When you get there, you will have to find a hole in the wall. When you get inside the house through that hole, you will find a monster (see below picture).
