How to Sell Items in Old School RuneScape
1. Grand Exchange Trade
Our first method to sell items in Old School RuneScape is by going to the Grand Exchange area, next to the Palace and Cooks Guild. It is a large circular area which is hard to miss. You can either teleport there through Varrock or the Air Altar, or travel through the river next to Barbarian Village Station. Members can directly travel to the Grand Exchange area.
The next step there is to find people who are willing to buy the items that you want to sell. You can either meet the Grand exchange tutor or the Brugsen Bursen in the beginning. You then have to complete the tutorial to complete your trade and earn some money. Following that, you can explore the Grand Exchange area and meet other players to trade items with.
2. Sell Items at General Store
The General Store in OSRS is a shop that lets you buy and sell items. You can travel there by following the pot icon on the map. The general store however has limited slots to sell items and won’t always accept items quickly. You have to keep your tabs on it as they restock immediately. The selling price is not quite high but is one of the options available for you to sell items in Old School RuneScape.
You can also consult many right NPCs in the Grand Exchange area to know the right price of your items in the Market Place. Members have a higher selling slot than the general players. This is why try selling your items at the Grand Exchange Area while you can, than selling it at the General Store.
