Sims Freeplay: How To Finish Extreme Home Takeover Quest?
You will get the Extreme Home Takeover Quest once you reach Level 11. Once you complete this quest, you will unlock romantic furniture. Moreover, if you complete the quest within the time limit, you also earn a hot tub as a reward. In addition, you will also unlock the ability to create your own homes for the Architect tab. To start this quest, you can interact with the Real Estate Developer in the Park by the fountain. He is dressed in a red coat.
Tasks Required
There are 12 tasks you need to complete to finish the whole quest. We have explained each task and its duration below.
- Ask Lucius about hubbub: Click on Lucius Majestic and choose “What’s the hubbub” interaction. Once you start, it will take around 1 minute to complete.
- Go to work at Real Estate Agency: To complete this task, you must order your Sim to work at the Real Estate Agency.
- Read a Real Estate sign: The Real Estate sign will appear by the mailbox once a sim has gone to work as a Real Estate Agent. This task will take 6 hours and 30 minutes.
- Discuss home takeover with a Sim: Click on a random sim and choose the “Discuss home takeover” interaction. It will take 1 minute to complete.
- Search for well groomed Sim on simbook: Click on a computer and choose the “Look for well groomed sim” option. The search can take up to 9 hours.
- Extend or build a room: You can either extend or build a room to complete this task.
- Take a selfie: Click on the sim and choose the ” Take a selfie” interaction which takes about 10 seconds.
- Post selfie on Lucius’s simbook: Click on a computer and choose the Post to Lucius’s simbook option. This option will take up to 6 hours.
- Become incensed: Click on Lucius Majestic and select the Become incensed option. This option will take 2 minutes.
- Check fine print on a sign: The sign will appear by the mailbox once a sim has gone to work as a real estate agent again. It will take 12 hours and 30 minutes to complete this task.
- Buy an item from the Home Store: You just need to buy any item from the home store.
- Submit house via sign: Click the Real Estate sign and choose the “Submit The Home” option.
Once you have completed all the tasks you will receive the rewards. Moreover, if you complete all the tasks in 2 days, you will also get a hot tub as a bonus reward.
