2. Open AMD Radeon Software as Administrator.
3. Disable all the options in Media and Recording section.
4. Run Valorant as Administrator.

How to Fix Valorant Low Client FPS Error without Graphics Card

Follow these steps to solve the error.

1. Right-click on Valorant Desktop Icon. Click on Properties.
2. Go to Compatibility.
3. Tick the box that says Disable fullscreen optimizations.

5. Select Windows and open GameUserSettings.

7. Click on Save and Close the Notepad.
8. Now right-click GameUserSettings and go to Properties.
9. Make sure the Read-Only Box is Unticked.
